Refund Policy

At Tap Profit, we want customers to understand what they are purchasing before completing an order. Please review the relevant product description before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind once access to the digital product has been provided.

This includes digital guides, supplier access, videos, templates, links and other downloadable or online resources sold by Tap Profit.

If you experience problems accessing your purchase, receive the incorrect product, or believe there is an issue with the digital product you received, please contact us at amanijaenfcreviewcard@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

1-on-1 Business Calls

If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1-on-1 Business Call, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled call.

Missed calls or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not generally eligible for a refund or replacement booking.

If Tap Profit needs to cancel your call, we will work with you to arrange another suitable time. If a suitable replacement time cannot be arranged, an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, will be provided.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer laws in your country or region.

That's the version I'd use. You don't need the old Shopify wording about returns, shipping labels, packaging, exchanges or return addresses because Tap Profit currently sells digital products and calls rather than physical goods.
